Shipping policy

All domestic orders will be shipped via USPS or UPS, depending on the weight and size of the package. We reserve the right to choose the most appropriate shipping method. Orders placed by 3pm PST on business days will generally ship within one to two business days, provided the items are in stock. Orders placed after 3pm PST on Fridays or over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday and shipped within one to two business days if the items are in stock.

All international orders are shipped via USPS International.
Before completing your purchase, please request a shipping quote so we can provide an accurate cost. If a quote is not generated, we reserve the right to request additional payment through PayPal to cover shipping fees.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and carrier. Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees required by their country during clearance.

Customs Notice:
Please review your country’s import regulations before ordering. We are not responsible for delays, confiscations, or additional charges imposed by customs authorities. If a package is returned by customs, shipping and handling fees will not be refunded.
