With the Physicians’ Standard Healthy Patient Program (HPP), your Healthcare Practitioner can set you up as an approved patient, allowing you to purchase your nutritional supplements directly from us. Then, you can conveniently order Physicians’ Standard supplements online or via the phone.

What if my Healthcare Practitioner sent me here?

Please fill out the registration form below. Include the HPP number your Healthcare Practitioner gave you. We will respond to your completed application within 1-2 business days. If you wish to expedite the process, after you submit your registration you may call Customer Service

When you create an online account, you will be "logged in", but you will not be able to shop online until we approve your HPP membership. We must first confirm your status as a Patient of a Healthcare Professional who has an account with us. This may take up to 2 business days.
